Additional information

How we protect your data

We have a firewall. We have encrypted offline areas and other backup systems in place that have different levels of security. We are not Google nor are we a Credit reporting agency or bank that would need to have a super secure environment. The important stuff you share with us is kept in secret places that internet criminals will have a very very difficult time accessing.

What data breach procedures we have in place:

We keep backups . We take security seriously. Sensitive information is not kept on this server.

What third parties we receive data from:

Social media sites, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Myspace ( maybe ) , Linkedin and other job feeds or other sources of recruitment.

We are not in charge of their data feeds nor are associated with any breaches that are released from their sites or any issues you may incur or billings or moneys owed or anything else. These are simply tools that integrate with our site and we have zero control over those Company security practices.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data:

We are very hands on with when a submission of your information comes in. We review it , review your qualifications, location, availability and work history and responses.

The only thing automated maybe our sorting process that puts you into the categories you agree to in the application or the locations you wish to service. We may keep notes on your reliability and work ethic in our system , but these notes are used internally on a case by case basis.
