You do not have to submit your W9 information during the interview process. It is helpful and it will expedite things for all. You must sign the NDA above before we can release specifics of who our client is, what the exact locations are and other details about the work to be performed that may be considered need-to-know or sensitive or secure information.
You will be required to fill out these forms before we are able to :
- Complete your contract and give you sensitive information regarding the exact specifics of the campaign.
- Receive any payments from us.
W9- Required for us to file with the IRS
Note* you still need to fill this out to be paid, however, we are not required to issue and submit a 1099 statement of payments under $599 to the IRS.
We will not issue payments to third parties unless we have a signed agreement from them directly.
